Job summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a senior, high profile, influential post and an integral part of their group and the People and OD Directorate.
The HRBP will work autonomously providing a comprehensive HR service to a nominated Group, ensuring effective strategic leadership of the workforce, supporting the Group to deliver their corporate objectives and transformation agenda.
This pivotal role will work closely with a team of HRBP's and Operational HR Managers as well as the wider team across the whole spectrum of people services and working closely with multiple trade unions.
Main duties of the job
Provide strategic HR business support to the Group's business planning process, ensuring workforce implications are appropriately considered and participating widely in decisions taken by the Group.
Drive and embed the Trust's people strategy within the Group and ensure the integration of people management into the business planning process.
Develop and implement structured change management methodologies and processes to support the workforce through significant transformation and change.
Promote a culture of partnership working between managers, employees and staff side representatives to promote an open and collaborative approach to joint working.
