The Child Development Centre moved to a well- resourced Multiagency Centre in March 2012. All neuro-developmental clinics for young children take place in the centre. There is a well-developed multiagency assessment process for autistic spectrum disorders. The service has a Multidisciplinary team, access to specialist clinical psychologist and the Early Years Team in the Child Development Centre. There are well established processes for children with neurodisability and we are developing a multidisciplinary triage process.
This role has educational and supervision opportunities with community paediatric trainees and general paediatric trainees.
