Job summary

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse to join our dedicated team as a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse.

D30 is a 18 bedded acute elderly care ward. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering high quality patient care.

Main duties of the job

The candidate must: be ready for a new challenge, have sound clinical knowledge and skills and be ready to take on the leadership role. We are a positive, friendly and supportive team and will welcome you and assist in your development within the role.

If you: are enthusiastic about patient centered care, have an in interest Elderly care, early discharge, possess excellent communication skills and are passionate about motivating and inspiring others you may well be the perfect candidate to assist in leading our team.
