Job summary
The Research and Development RM&G Manager will assist in promoting and facilitating the delivery of high quality R&D activity across Sandwell & West Birmingham NHS Trust (SWBT) and will ensure that all research is conducted in full compliance with the relevant legislation and other statutory obligations and any subsequent amendments thereof.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will work with the Director and Head of Research & Development and representatives from the Clinical Research Network: West Midlands (CRN:WM) to implement the Trust's R&D Plan and national policies and procedures. The postholder will have responsibility for the provision of research management support for both NIHR portfolio and non-portfolio studies. They will provide support in the promotion and expectations of research across the organisation.

- Experience of developing and delivering training
