If so Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust are looking to appoint a dedicated and determined Team leader to join our health Visiting service to ensure that children, young people and families get the best possible care and treatment when accessing services.
Main duties of the job

About us

Our Health Visiting Service has been rated outstanding by CQC and we are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, and dedicated Health Visitor to work as a Team Leader within our service.
Team leaders provide excellent leadership and clinical support to the workforce, this support enables our health visitors to empower children and their families to make healthy lifestyle choices for improved health outcomes.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that provides high standards of care to children and families and strives to improve the wellbeing of the workforce through training opportunities and restorative support.
