The Integrated care service (iCares) is excited to recruit a physiotherapist into our multi disciplinary team, which works with adults in community settings across the Sandwell Borough.

Main duties of the job
To provide the specialist, clinical skills of a Band 6 Physiotherapist within the Integrated Care Service multi-disciplinary team and contribute to the ongoing development of the Service.
This post-holder will work within the locality team delivering assessment and intensive intervention including coaching and training for the patient, relatives and care staff.
The role also involves taking turns to support our rota for out of hours and admission avoidance service, between the hours of 8am-8pm, including weekends and bank holidays.

The role involves commuting across Sandwell and supporting people in their own homes and community settings, for this reason having access to a vehicle for work purposes and a valid UK driving licence is essential for this role. Mileage will be reimbursed according to current NHS approved mileage rates.
