We're recruiting two Band 5 Staff Nurses to work within our Ashford & Canterbury Community Mental Health Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse and supportive organisation delivering high-quality, person-centred mental health care that promotes recovery, dignity, and independence.
The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
Main duties of the job
As a key member of the multidisciplinary care team, you will:
- Carry out comprehensive, systematic nursing assessments considering mental, physical, social, cultural, psychological, spiritual, and environmental factors.
- Work collaboratively with patients, carers, and other professionals to agree holistic, person-centred care plans.
- Deliver and evaluate safe, competent care that supports recovery and wellbeing.
- Contribute to service improvements and help us live our values every day - Caring, Inclusive, Curious, and Confident
