Perinatal Administration Coordinator (Business)

Job summary
Perinatal Mental Health Community Services (PMHCS) is expanding its multi-disciplinary team to include a dynamic, self-motivated, forward-thinking Business Administration Coordinator. The position will be within the Specialist Directorate, Perinatal Services which includes the Perinatal Mental Health Community Service, Maternal Mental Health Service - Thrive and the Mother and Baby Unit (MBU).
The main hub sites are located at Canterbury, Maidstone and Dartford and although this position will be based in Canterbury, there will be a requirement to regularly travel to alternative sites as you will be managing colleagues in both Canterbury and Maidstone site.
Main duties of the job
- Producing and issuing reports using the Power Business Intelligence system
- Auditing for Quality Improvement Projects
- Processing clinical outcomes and reporting on KPIs (key performing indicators)
- Attending meetings and diary management,
- Using the patient record system (RiO)
- Coordinating non-mandatory and mandatory training for Perinatal Service (Perinatal Mental Health Services, Rosewood MBU and Maternal Mental Health Service - THRIVE)
- Using KMPT's SBS system to raise invoices
- Direct line management of the Administrator Band 3's within PMHCS and Maternal Mental Health Service - THRIVE including recruitment, appraisals and performance management
The position holder will be required to support the Performance, Quality and Admin Manager for Perinatal Services to provide data reports and compliance support as required. As well as working closely with Operational team leaders, and other Business Admin Coordinators within the Perinatal Mental Health Community Service.
