Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a band 6 CPN who has a strong sense of initiative and an excellent team working ability to join our team!
This comes at a time of transformation in mental health services under the community mental health framework and will give the successful candidate opportunities to work within mental health, together + where there are new treatment pathways set up with different interventions being offered to service users. This role will allow the clinician to focus on delivering these, but also develop skills in working with the wider population.The post holder will receive support from an established team and regular supervision.
Main duties of the job
- Mental Health Services Nationally are undergoing significant transformation under the Community Mental Health Framework.
- The role would include being involved in the assessment and management of clients with various mental health conditions. Training and support will be provided for this.
- We also encourage innovative ideas and to contribute to service improvement. Your clinical competence and confidence is important to us, but in equal measure with your genuine kindness and compassion for your colleagues and patients.
- To deliver an effective service it is essential that you are able to travel between bases in a timely manner
