- Registered Mental Health Nurse
- Post-qualification experience in community or urgent care mental health

Main duties of the job
The Duty Worker role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be the first point of contact for individuals experiencing severe and enduring mental health issues.
What You'll Do:
- Provide initial assessment and support to new and known service users.
- Offer expert guidance and information to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct urgent assessments for individuals needing immediate help.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

- Knowledge of advanced nursing interventions and community assessment skills.
- A willingness to undergo relevant training.

The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
