Job summary
An exciting opportunity exists for a Roster Helpdesk Administrator to be a part of the Workforce Information and Rostering Team.
You will be joining a team responsible for managing and training staff on a suite of rostering and expense products including Easy Expenses, Allocate HealthRoster, Allocate SafeCare Live and Employee Online.
The Roster Helpdesk Administrator will be a motivated individual, able to prioritise their workload accordingly, an excellent communicator, and able to work to the team's deadlines. Ideally, you will have knowledge and experience of using Easy Expenses and Allocate Optima products, however, training is provided to help build on entry-level knowledge of both areas.

Main duties of the job
- To provide comprehensive administrative support to the eRostering Team.
- Provide system support for HealthRoster, Employee Online and Easy Expenses.
- Manage the helpdesk telephone and generic inbox, responding to all queries which arise.
