If the answer is yes, we have a Full Time position for a Healthcare Worker vacancy at Sevenscore Inpatient Unit at Thanet Mental Health Unit in Margate Kent.

The ward operates a Two shift working pattern covering 24 hour care.

You will be expected to be available to work both days and nights.

Main duties of the job

The unit specialises in the assessment and treatment of older adults with both functional and organic mental health issues. Sevenscore Ward is a Male only 13 bedded unit based at Sevenscore Ward at Thanet Mental Health Unit in Margate. The Healthcare Worker is a key member of the multidisciplinary care team and will have continuing responsibility to:Deliver an effective and competent level of care under the guidance and supervision of the associate workers, senior associate workers, qualified nurses and occupational therapists, determined by the patient's plan of care.Be fully aware of the needs of patients over a 24 hour span of care.
