Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time administrator to join the Medical Human Resources Team on a fixed term contract for 6 months.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the organisation of activities including setting up meetings, interviews, booking rooms, supporting diary management of attendees and collating agendas and agenda items for each meeting, facilitating completion of minutes and actions to set deadlines.
The ideal candidate will need to have good communication skills with a confident telephone manner and good organisational and keyboard skills. They will also require a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
The candidate needs to pay attention to detail, be able to work to tight deadlines and adapt to changing/challenging situations.
Experience of working in office administration and the ability to minute take is essential.
