Come and join our dynamic, self-motivated, forward thinking team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established service and to provide administrative support to the professional staff. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent organisational skills.

This post is full time, 37.5 hours per week, working within the team based at Priority House, Maidstone.

Work experience within an administration role including data collection, excel spreadsheets, providing reports and minuting meetings will be essential. However, full support and substantive training will also be provided.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to prioritise a busy workload, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and be able to remain calm and professional when faced with changing or challenging situations.

Our vision for delivering this high quality service specification will require all staff to be able to develop new skills and we will work with you to provide the right support in a challenging environment.

This post is subject to a six-month probationary period for candidates external.
