ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR (BUSINESS)
Band 4 AFC
33 hours per week (part-time)
A post has become available within the Forensic and Specialist Directorate (FSD) for a dynamic, self-motivated, forward thinking Administration Coordinator (Business). The position will be based at the Trevor Gibbens Unit in Maidstone, which specialises in the assessment and treatment of mentally disordered offenders.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be educated to A Level standard, or equivalent, and NVQ Level 3/RSA 3, or equivalent. The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to FSD Senior Management Team. The hours are part-time, 33 per week, working Monday to Friday.

The post holder will join a small but supportive admin team providing excellent support to the FSD Senior Management Team.

It is desirable that the candidate has experience of working in an Adult Mental Health setting but must have the following:
- Excellent minute taking skills.
- Excellent secretarial, organisational, data entry and keyboard skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Be able to gather, analyse, interpret and present extensive and/or complex data and information.
- Manage the provision of information on service activity for KPIs and Trust targets.
- Work to tight deadlines, in changing and challenging situations, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
