FIXED TERM SPECIALTY DOCTOR IN CHILD & ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRY, WAKEFIELD
Wakefield CAMHS, Airedale Health Centre, WF10 3JJ.
Fixed term 6 months, 10 Programmed Activities per week PLUS out of hours on call 1:6 frequency
South West Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust are recruiting for an experienced doctor to join the citywide Wakefield CAMHS Psychiatry pathway. This fixed term post for 6 months (potential to extend) will have a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the care that they need and will work within the Psychiatry pathway. The successful applicant will receive close supervision from Dr Foong, Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. We are keen to support eligible section 12 approved doctors to pursue CESR or Approved Clinician status if interested. We invite interest from applicants with experience of managing common psychiatric presentations in the community for under 18s.
This post is a short, fixed term post and therefore, unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor anyone on a skilled worker visa for this role. We are, of course, happy to accept applications from candidates who are able to prove their right to work in the UK in this role via alternative visas or routes.
