Unity Centre Reception 25 Hours per Week
We are looking for an organised and committed Receptionist to join our
friendly team on Unity Centre Reception based at Fieldhead Hospital.
Unity Centre is the main reception providing
access for four Adult Wards providing Inpatient care for Adults & Older
People.The hours for this role will be worked as 5 hours per day, Monday to
Friday, generally between 11.00am to 4.00pm, however, the potholder will be
required to move their hours to cover annual leave and sickness when required
working 7.00am to 12.00pm when covering a morning shift, and 3.00pm to 8.00 pm when
covering an afternoon shift.
The right person will possess RSA 2 Word Processing qualification / NVQ
Level 2, or an equivalent level qualification.
Previous healthcare experience would be preferred, but is not essential,
however, recent admin experience is essential.
You must be proficient in
the use of Microsoft packages including Outlook and Word and have the ability
to learn new IT packages. You will be able to demonstrate excellent
interpersonal, organisational and communication skills combined with a
self-motivated and flexible approach to work.
Drury Lane Health &
Wellbeing Centre 2 x 15 hours per Week
We are
looking for two organised and committed Receptionists to join our friendly team
at Drury Lane Health & Wellbeing Centre, Wakefield.
The hours for these roles will be worked as 7.5 hours per day, between
8.30 5.00 over two days, Thursday and Friday.
Main duties of the job
Duties for these roles are
varied but will include:
Meet
and greet visitors to Reception, these may include service users, carers,
families, other professionals, estates and facilities staff, emergency
services, support services.
Dealing
with queries via person, telephone or post, signposting where applicable.
Making
appointments.
Booking
rooms.
Placing
orders using Trust systems, and maintaining stock levels.
Updating
databases.
Scanning
to Trust systems.
Auditing
scanning.
Maintaining
general Reception environment, reporting any issues as applicable.
Liaising
with other staff regarding cover.
Other
general admin tasks.
