In this role youll design and deliver compassionate, confidencebuilding programmes which support safe, personcentred, holistic care. Your focus will be delivering learning aligned to our Physical Health Strategy, bringing physical and mental health needs together. As well as contributing to wider staff development including trust induction, resuscitation training and overseeing the Care Certificate programme.

Main duties of the job
Based at Fieldhead Hospital in Wakefield, this fulltime role (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday) involves travelling across Trust services and offers excellent development opportunities.
The successful candidate will take up a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) within the Learning and Development team based at Fieldhead Hospital, Wakefield. Travel across trust sites will be required, this could involve working evening and weekends, to provide learning opportunities for all staff.
