Senior HR/OD Consultant - Up to 3 months maximum - Band 8D

We are seeking to appoint temporary resource to work within the People Directorate as a senior HR/OD consultant.

The role will support the Chief People Officer and senior team to undertake strategic time-limited projects. This is likely to include:

  • Design and delivery of Leadership development offer for HR/OD senior staff
  • Scoping our roles and responsibilities of senior HR/OD and teams to help shape future staffing models

  • Support in the development of a People Strategy /year 1 implementation plan with key objectives and identified owners

Main duties of the job

Candidates will have experience of working at a senior level, preferably within the NHS and preferably have previous experience of managing projects within set time limits and be outcome focussed on delivery.

There will be flexibility in working arrangements but there will be an expectation to be on site on occasions to meet staff.

It is important that in the application candidates outline their current or most recent role, including salary details.

Interviews will take place via teams on 8th July and subject to checks, we will be looking for an immediate start into role.
