An exciting opportunity for a Team Secretary within Forensic CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service).

Forensic CAMHS are an established community clinical team, providing a number of pathways including: Harmful Sexual Behaviour (HSB) services for children in the Wakefield district; In-reach forensic provision to the young peoples secure estate and are the Lead Provider for Community Forensic CAMHS across Yorkshire and Humber.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills, with a drive to help the team maintain consistently high service standards.

Enthusiasm, accuracy and an eye for detail are essential to the role as well as a collaborative approach to problem solving.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will play a key role in data entry and management of referral and performance data. It will also involve inbox and diary management, audio and copy typing, minute taking, data entry and general administrative support to the team.

You will be joining a fast paced and changing environment. You will be able to work as part of a team, use initiative and have the ability to prioritise your own workload in order to maintain deadlines, whilst maintaining/recording accurate details. Good written communication skills, with the ability to deal with and prepare routine written correspondence.

Previous experience and confidence in the use of Microsoft packages is essential. The successful candidate will require exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills with a strict dedication to confidentiality. Previous experience of Trust IT systems would be desirable although all training will be provided in this area.
