Job summary
We are currently seeking a
Nursing Associate to work within Calder Valley Enhanced Team. This is a new and
developing role within the team and we are seeking someone who would be eager
to work with us to deliver high quality care to our service users.
The Nursing Associate will
play a key role in our multidisciplinary team, managing a small caseload of
service users, supporting assessment and discharge processes and developing
action plans to support service users to manage their wellbeing needs. This may
be supporting with medication administration, ensuring patients physical health
needs are being managed, liaising with other professionals and family members
or supporting our duty system.
We are a small friendly, experienced
and dynamic team working with people who are experiencing serious mental
illness and present with increased risk and complexity.
We offer strong support
systems within the team including regular supervision and appraisal and support
with personal development.
The team is made up of Mental
Health Nurses, Social Worker, Occupational Therapy, Psychiatry, Psychology and
Support workers.

Work alongside
other team members to develop care plans

physical health needs and treatment
including Cardio metabolic assessments and phlebotomy, depot injections
