motivated and organised Locality Resource Manager to join our team in
Halifax. Based at the Laura Mitchell Health & Wellbeing Centre, you will
play a vital role in supporting the smooth delivery of services across the
locality.
About the Role:
As a Locality Resource
Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational
management of estates and administrative functions.

Main duties of the job
As a Locality Resource
Manager at Laura Mitchell Health and Wellbeing Centre, you will play a pivotal
role in ensuring the smooth and effective coordination of services and
resources across the locality.

Site Management Support
To be responsible
for site issues, ensuring systems and processes are in place and being managed
Re: First Aider /Fire Officers etc.
Liaising with key people both within the organisation and partner
organisations. Support the accommodation
moves within the sites.
1.
To be responsible for site management issues within the
Laura Mitchell Health & Well Being Centre. Liaising with key Specialist
Advisors and individuals to ensure
issues are addressed health and safety, environment, facilities, IT
requirements and equipment for individuals to do their job.
2.
Provide advice and support for ad hoc site issues.
3.
To ensure Fire Wardens/First Aiders are identified and
trained in each service area and necessary equipment is requested, ensuring
information is visible to all visitors.
4.
Contribute to the requirements for work based
assessments, and identified equipment.
5.
Under the guidance of the Locality Resource Support Manager
to ensure annual risk assessments within communal areas are addressed as
appropriate.
6.
Under the guidance of the Locality Resource Support Manager
to support the internal accommodation moves with environmental and equipment
needs.
7.
Ensure space is utilised in the Laura Mitchell Health
& Well Being Centre as per operational policy
8.
On Behalf of the Locality Resource Support Manager to chair
Site Management meetings with key individuals and ensure action points are
acted upon.
9.
Liaise with different services in relation to the
setting up and maintaining of clinics.
10.
Under the guidance of the Locality Resource Support
Manager ensure that an Equality Impact Assessment is undertaken in line with
Trust Policy and that this is maintained and updated as required.
11.
To manage the hot desking facilities, ensuring that
consumables are available for use and that all communication posters are
up-to-date.
12.
To ensure all communal areas are maintained and in good
working order and issues are reported to Facilities Department for servicing.
13.
Undertake delegated tasks or projects as requested by
the Locality Resource Support Manager.
14.
Contribute towards collation of data for audit purposes.
15.
Contribute towards Emergency Contingency Planning.
16.
Ensure essential room equipment (projectors, laptops etc.)
are maintained.
17.
To ensure the internal fabric of the building is
maintained to a high standard and all displayed items are relevant and up to
date.
Management of Staff
To manage the
reception staff team ensuring all visitors and staff receive excellent quality
customer care maintaining an excellent front of house experience.
1. To be responsible for
the day to day management of the Reception Team ensuring all workforce policies
and procedures are adhered to; sickness absence, annual leave, supervision,
appraisal and recruitment.
2. To chair team meetings
for Reception staff and to ensure they are fully informed of anyorganisational
changes.
3.
Implement measures within the reception team to ensure the customer care
experience is delivered to the highest quality achievable within front of
house.
4. To
ensure that any issues in relation to the day to day management of the
Reception Teamare
raised with the supervising Locality Resource Support Manager.
5. Investigate service
