Full Time - 37.5 Hours Per Week

Would you like the opportunity to work in a friendly, supportive, well-established fully integrated, Adult Community Mental Health Team? The Core pathway provides a holistic service to people with less complex packages of care with the goal of assisting people to achieve their optimum level of functioning. We are dedicated to developing trauma-informed principles of care in conjunction with the Trauma Informed Personality Disorder pathway. The role encompasses multi-disciplinary working, individual interventions, and group work.

You will have access to high quality clinical supervision within the team and will work closely with other professionals in the multi-disciplinary team. There are also opportunities for group work as well as 1-1 work. In all, the post offers a wonderfully diverse working role!

Although this is a band 6 post, it is also open to newly qualified Nurses as a band 5 preceptorship.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is flexible and creative in response to service and patient needs and interested in positively influencing the development of efficient systems. The role involves various responsibilities, utilising different models of working. You will work with a range of professionals including psychological therapists, Community Psychiatric Nurses, Advanced Practitioners, Social Workers, Psychiatrists and Occupational Therapists.

We strongly encourage the development of clinical interests through CPD. The team is well known for being supportive - encouraging self-care, flexible working, and professional development.

Key Result Areas:
