12 months Fixed Term, 6 Programmed Activities per week

Southwest Yorkshire Partnership Foundation Trust are recruiting for a Specialty Doctor to join the LD Pathway within Barnsley Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) based at New Street Wellbeing Centre. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our patients receive the care that they need and will be an integral role within the Barnsley CAMHS.

  • Spent a minimum of four years (full time or equivalent) in postgraduate training in the UK or equivalent training abroad, of which at least 2 years in psychiatry.
  • At least 6-month experience in CAMHS psychiatry.

  • Included on the GMC Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
  • Experience of working for at least 6 months in LD service (adult or CAMHS LD) in UK.
