Barnsley Early Intervention Team are looking for a Team Manager 15 hours per week.
The post is based at Kendray hospital site & the successful candidate will provide operation support to the specialist community team, job sharing with the current Team Manager.
The philosophy underpinning the multi-disciplinary service is recovery orientated with care focusing upon social inclusion strategies aimed at promoting independence. A strengths approach to empower service users and carers is central to service delivery.
We are a family friendly team; our opening hours are 8.00am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9-5 on weekends and bank holidays.
The post holder will be expected to work these 15 hours within week days.

Main duties of the job
Work in conjuction with the current Team manager to provide excellent management and clinial leadership to our EIT in Barnsley.
Work with the general manager to ensure we provide safe, effective and innovative care to those indivduals referred into the team inline with our recovery and early intervention ethos
Promote and provide clear leadership and management within the team to ensure that we deliver care within agreed budgets and deliver on commissioned and clinical outcomes. Ensure that necessary data information, safeguarding and safety measures are met in line with trust policy.
Endeavour to create an environment which Motivates and support colleagues within the team. Providing a high level.
