Talking Therapies are
seeking to recruit a permanent full time Admin Officer/Data Support to
join our busy Admin Team and to provide high-quality administration & data
support to our Data Quality Lead, whilst always ensuring confidentiality.
Excellent administrative skills,
self-motivated with a flexible approach are essential along with good
interpersonal, organisational & communication skills and clinical systems
knowledge and paperlight processes. The
role is 37.5hrs per week, with service hours of Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm,
based in Cudworth, Barnsley.
The right person
will possess either NVQ Level 3 or RSA 3 word processing/typing or equivalent
relevant administration qualification or relevant NHS admin experience. You
must be proficient in the use of microsoft packages & electronic patient/client-based
systems and have the ability to learn new IT packages.

Main duties of the job
Essential administration practices
& skills are required to complete admin processes in both our Treatment Hub
and Data Support Team.
You must have experience in using
all MS Packages.
Experience with electronic patient
based clinical systems and understanding of data requirements within NHS
settings.
Assisting Teams Data Quality Lead
with monthly data submissions and supporting configuration & set up of the
Services clinical system.
Reception & customers services
skills. Always using effective verbal & written communication,
incorporating tact, empathy, consideration, courtesy, and confidentiality.
Adapt style of communication to respond to others communication difficulties.
Ability to take notes & type
minutes for Admin Meetings or Team Meetings on an adhoc basis.
Crucial to be able to work on your own
initiative but also be part of the team.
You must have an ability to be flexible and a willingness to adapt to
change to meet the demands of the post. Prioritise own tasks, exercising a
degree of independence, initiative, and judgement. Assess situations, identify,
and resolve potential problems within own skill set. Work with sensitivity and
have a good understanding of the service provision.
