Job summary
Ward 2 at Dewsbury District Hospital is looking for a
Nursing Associate to join our Nursing team. We are a 32 bedded Elderly step
down ward, specialising in post-operative fractured Neck of Femur patients.
We have an opportunity for a Registered Nursing Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, passionate about patient experience and elderly medicine, have excellent time management skills, and work effectively as part of a team.

Main duties of the job
Develop
understanding of all elements of the nursing process and be able to assist in the on-going assessment, planning, management and
evaluation of care
Perform
and record clinical observations
Ensure
the privacy, dignity and safety of individuals is maintained at all times
Demonstrate the ability to recognise changing priorities seeking advice
and guidance from the Registered Nurse or other registered care professionals
as appropriate
