We have an exciting opportunity here at Mid Yorkshire
Teaching NHS Trust for a Clinical Project Manager to lead and be responsible
for ensuring that a support service for patient focussed, clinical engagement,
capital and Private Finance Initiative schemes is provided.
The post holder will be responsible for leading the clinical
teams for the development and acceptance of robust design briefs, liaise with
stakeholders, other user groups and design team members for the planning and
construction phase of developments throughout the Trust.

Main duties of the job
Responsible for agreeing and communicating detailed
clinical commissioning/ decommissioning plans in conjunction with relevant
parties this may be carried out in conjunction with the Trusts Communication
Team as required.
Responsibility for the development and acceptance of robust
design briefs determined with the stakeholders.
Meet and negotiate with clinical stakeholders regarding
their spatial requirements and how those requirements will affect others,
ensuring that full agreement has been reached between interested parties, prior
to the finalisation of the design layout.
Produce accurate schedules of accommodation, planning
policies and room data sheets, transposing the requirements on to room layouts
for use by the design teams.
Responsible for agreeing detailed decant programmes and
plans as part of the commissioning/decommissioning process, from contractual
handover to the in-use date, monitoring against plan, and identifying remedial
action where necessary.
Adhere to Trust change management protocols with regard to
any variations to the agreed scope of works.
To actively promote and raise the Divisional profile with
the Trust and positively raise the Trusts profile externally.
