Job summary
The post holder will be responsible for providing specialist and skilled nursing care to children and young people with complex needs within the Special Schools - Kingsland Primary School, Oakfield Park School. The post holder will cross site work between both schools plus rotate working with other members of the Special School Nursing Team and within the Early Years setting.
The post holder will also work closely with the Education staff within the Early Years setting.
All training will be provided in house. The post holder will work term time, Monday - Friday.
Main duties of the job
Be responsible for delivering high quality, patient

other registered care professional dependent on setting) with a focus on
promoting health and independence
