We
are looking to appoint highly motivated Community Staff Nurses to join our District Nursing Teams who have a passion for delivering safe, high-quality
care to patients in the community setting.
We have vacancies in the District Nursing teams at Network 1 -Castleford/Normanton, Network 2 - Ackworth, Hemsworth and South Kirby, Network 4 - Pontefract, Featherstone and Ferrybridge, and Network 6 - Ossett.
The established team of qualified District Nurses, Senior Nurses, Staff Nurses and Healthcare Assistants work autonomously to provide a range of highly
skilled care needs to patients predominantly in their own homes.

Main duties of the job
Working as part of our team, you will have the opportunity
to develop and extend your clinical knowledge and experience by working across
a range of clinical settings; develop extensive clinical assessment and case
management skills in areas such as hospital avoidance, managing long term
conditions, wound management, end of life care and to plan and deliver complex
care plans.
