Job summary
Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is embarking on a major digital transformation through the implementation of the award-winning Nervecentre Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. This programme will play a key role in improving the quality, safety, and experience of patient care across the organisation.
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Change Manager to lead and deliver impactful change initiatives across the organisation. This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, structured change management expertise, and the ability to embed sustainable transformation.

Main duties of the job
You will lead end-to-end business change initiatives, aligning delivery to strategic objectives and ensuring measurable outcomes. This includes developing and executing change management strategies such as impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning to support successful adoption.
Working closely with project managers, leaders, and operational teams, you will drive the implementation of new processes and ways of working, assess organisational readiness, and proactively manage risks and resistance. You will monitor adoption and benefits realisation, while coaching teams and leaders to build lasting change capability.
