Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities:
A commitment to patient centred values.
Participate in the development and delivery of care which involves and respects the rights of patients, carers and staff.
Maintain an awareness of national and regional initiatives.
Act as a positive ambassador for the trust.
Deliver direct care to patients within their caseload in accordance with the trusts policies and HCPC/NMC guidelines.
Comply with trust policies and requirements and undertake duties in accordance with the most recent HCPC/NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
