We are currently seeking enthusiastic and caring Graduate Nurses, who are ready to start in Jan 2026, to join our division of Medicine teams at Mid Yorkshire Teaching Trust.

In order to be considered for this post, you must hold the relevant UK NMC registration or be set to achieve UK NMC registration status by January 2026.
Main duties of the job
Working at either Dewsbury & District Hospital or Pinderfields Hospital you will be supported by our ward managers, charge nurses, sisters and clinical matrons who promote and display compassionate leadership, with a passion for high standards and quality patient care.
The primary aim of the role is to provide effective patient centred care by performing individual assessment of care needs, developing, implementing and evaluating programmes of care that meet the needs of the patient and their families/carers. The role is multidimensional and requires the post holder to integrate and fulfil all the dimensions of patient care. As a registered nurse all activities provide opportunities for acting as a role model for staff. Following an induction and 12 month preceptorship period, you will then be expected to carry out all relevant forms of care without direct supervision.
Development of our graduates is key to running our service effectively, and we will invest our time in your continuing professional development. As a newly qualified you will receive training and comprehensive support to get you off to a flying start.
