We have an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Associate to join our friendly, skilled team on the ENT, Maxillofacial, and Elective Surgery ward. Main duties of the job
The Nursing Associate plays a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care in collaboration with the wider multidisciplinary team. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, the Nursing Associate will contribute to the delivery of safe, compassionate care that promotes health, independence, and wellbeing in line with Trust values and behaviours. As an accountable professional, the post holder will carry out specific clinical tasks within their defined scope of practice, following an individuals plan of care while escalating concerns as appropriate. You will deliver care without direct supervision and take responsibility as the prime care provider for a group of patients and at all times promote confidence in our commitment to provide excellent compassionate patient care.
