We are currently seeking highly motivated Community Staff Nurses to join our well-established District Nursing Team at The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust.

This is an excellent opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced nurses who are passionate about delivering safe, high-quality care in the community setting. Our District Nursing team operates across six networks, delivering a broad range of skilled nursing care to patients primarily in their own homes.

The team consists of qualified District Nurses, Senior Nurses, Staff Nurses, and Clinical Support Workers, all working autonomously to meet complex healthcare needs.

Working as part of our team, you will:

  • Gain experience across a variety of community clinical settings. Develop advanced clinical assessment and case management skills.
  • Be involved in key areas such as hospital avoidance, long-term condition management, wound care, and end-of-life care.
  • Plan and deliver complex, person-centred care plans.
