We are looking to appoint highly motivated Nursing Associates with a passion for delivering safe, high-quality care to patients in a community setting.
We currently have vacancies across our District Nursing Teams, with a range of flexible working hours available, including full-time positions.

Our District Nursing service consists of qualified District Nurses, Senior Nurses, Staff Nurses, Nursing Associates, and Clinical support worker who work autonomously and collaboratively to provide a wide range of complex nursing care primarily within patients homes.
Main duties of the job
The Nursing Associate plays a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care in collaboration with the wider multidisciplinary team. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse or other healthcare professional, the Nursing Associate will contribute to the delivery of safe, compassionate care that promotes health, independence, and wellbeing in line with Trust values and behaviours.
As an accountable professional, the post holder will carry out specific clinical tasks within their defined scope of practice, and may at times work independently, following an individuals plan of care while escalating concerns as appropriate.
They will be expected to maintain professional standards, uphold patient dignity and confidentiality, and contribute to continuous improvement and learning within their team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering care that is responsive to individual needs and clinical conditions.
- Working within clear professional boundaries and seeking support when needed.
- Communicating effectively and compassionately with patients, carers, and colleagues.
- Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and protecting confidentiality at all times.
- Participating in clinical governance, risk reporting, and contributing to the development of high-quality learning environments.
- Supporting the implementation and feedback of Trust policies, procedures, and service improvements.
