A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a secondment/fixed term contract, to work in the Complex Needs Team. The Complex Needs Team is a fast paced, forward thinking, and a national award-winning team. The complex needs service covers learning disabilities, autism, dementia, delirium, and mental health. The post holder will support the whole complex needs agenda.
Main duties of the job
Under the supervision of the Lead Nurse for Complex Needs you will promote a quality service using research and evidence-based practice including the setting, monitoring, facilitating, and auditing of clinical standards/pathways. You will support improvements in experience and quality of care, for patients with Complex Needs, by supporting a holistic approach to care and ensuring the physical needs of patients are addressed. This is achieved by supporting patients in a planned and unplanned capacity to receive excellent patient experience each and every time.
