Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for to join the Senior Operational Management team at Mid Yorkshire NHS Hospital Trust. The Families & Clinical Support Services Division has a post for Therapies and MY Psychology Services. You will be working alongside the Director of Operations, the Divisional Clinical Director and the wider team inclusive of other Deputy Director of Operations, Director of Midwifery & Womens Health and Clinical and Professional Leads. You will contribute to the leadership of the Division and be responsible for the delivery of service, quality, financial and other performance targets within your services. Main duties of the job
The Deputy Director of Operations is a key position within the Trusts senior management structure, and in conjunction with the Director of Operations, is responsible for the leadership, management and delivery of the programme of work. The post holder will contribute to the leadership of the Trust and be responsible for the delivery of service, quality, financial and other performance targets as determined by the Director of Operations and the Chief Operating Officer. The post holder is expected to ensure that they and their teams deliver the Trusts development, leadership, communications plans and objectives. In addition the post holder will be responsible for service, workforce and financial planning within relevant services and will work closely with other managers and clinicians to support Trust-wide objectives. The post holder is corporately and individually responsible for delivering the Trusts Values and Behaviours, strategic direction and business objectives.
