This is a fantastic opportunity to gain new skills, build confidence, and see first-hand how the NHS works from an essential administrative perspective. You'll be fully supported and guided as you develop a strong foundation of knowledge in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Main duties of the job
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, staff, and visitors--creating a warm and reassuring welcome at reception. You'll help check patients in for clinics, keep clinical teams informed of arrivals, and assist with handling deliveries. With support and clear protocols, you'll also learn how to manage telephone calls from patients and healthcare professionals.
Your time and contribution will truly matter, helping our teams focus on delivering excellent care. If you're reliable, approachable, and keen to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
