We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administration Lead to provide inspirational leadership and operational management for the administrative and clerical support functions across identified services within our Care Group.
This is a vital post focused on transforming and optimising our services by successfully implementing new administrative models. Your work will directly impact patient pathways, ensuring our clinical teams can deliver timely, high-quality care.
Main duties of the job
As the Clinical Administration Lead, you will be pivotal in ensuring administrative functions are seamless, robust, and patient-focused:
Lead and Inspire: Operationally manage and develop a team of administrative staff, overseeing recruitment, training, supervision, and performance reviews (PDR), and ensuring a supportive and compliant working environment.
Transform Services: Drive the ongoing development and successful implementation of new administrative models, working closely with Service and Team Managers to streamline processes across all clinical pathways.
Assure Quality: Be the key champion for administrative and data quality. You will support and maintain processes for regular data checks, rectifying issues, and ensuring compliance with vital records management and information sharing protocols.
Optimise Performance: You will be required to support with rotas and resource allocation, ensuring the administration hubs are appropriately staffed to meet service user demand and support the achievement of our clinical priorities and NHS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Uphold Standards: Develop and embed exceptional customer service standards in all communications, guaranteeing professionalism and compassion in every interaction with patients, partners, and colleagues.
