Job summary

Rotherham Care Group requires an Admin Lead at Centenary Clinic to provide line management to the Reception Staff, Memory Service Admin Secretaries and Perinatal Secretaries based at Badsley Moor Lane. The role will also provide support to Centenary Clinic Buildings Manager and Memory Service Team Manager.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will support the Rotherham Care Group by leading the administration function across Community Directorate of the Care Group clinical services. They will be responsible for the operational management of the administration staff, within a line management structure.

The administration lead will take responsibility for administrative and data quality, performance reporting, assurance, Building Management and customer service. Please see the attached Admin Lead Job Description and Person Specification for more details.

Essential

  • NVQ 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 5 GCSE's including English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent standard of education with the emphasis on numeracy and literacy

Experience

Essential

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a busy office and pressurised environment and managing a diverse workload
  • Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience of managing teams.
  • 2 years administrative experience within the NHS or other complex organisation
  • To be able to demonstrate working on own initiative and as a member of a team
