Salary: Band 6
Contract: 12 months fixed term maternity leave cover
Hours: 25 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated, enthusiastic and innovative individual to join one of the UK's founding NHS Talking Therapies services here in Doncaster.
We currently have a part-time position for a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join the Doncaster Core team were you will work alongside a team of highly skilled and diverse therapists for 12 months.
This post requires applicants to be geographically located within travelling distance to our base in Doncaster due to the face-to-face elements of the role.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will:
- Support the Team Managers as required, across the range of his/her duties as appropriate within the grading of this post.
- In conjunction with the Team Managers, develop efficient pathways of care.
- Working with practice teams to ensure an integrated approach to care.
- Deliver clinical and managerial supervision to junior members of staff.
- Liaise with other professionals and agencies to ensure patients receive appropriate interventions.
- Promote and maintain an effective multi-disciplinary/multi-agency approach to care.
- Participate in service and multi agency development.

- Qualification from PWP Training Course (Post Graduate Certificate)
- Ability to demonstrate a range of post-qualifying experiences
- Registration or working towards registrations with BABCP
- Substantial experience of supervising others within a therapy setting

- A qualification in Professional Supervision and /or Line Management
