Support Services Supervisor

Job summary

Responsible for Supervising all staff at Great oaks and out in the community premise, this includes the day to day running of domestic services. Ensuring staff rotas are covered at all times, arrange staff cover when necessary, managing staff sickness, supervisions and ensuring mandatory sickness is kept up to date at all times. Ensuring cleanliness is kept inline with the NHS national cleaning standards by auditing areas monthly.
