Job summary
We are delighted to announce a new 16 bed service based in Doncaster that will welcome patients from Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire.
The unit with support patients with complex mental health with a focus on rehabilitation, patients may be in the service for up to 12 months and through a multi-professional approach will receive recovery focussed care.

Main duties of the job
The role entails providing a mental health social work service to those in need of care and support within a multi-disciplinary setting, in partnership with a range of other professionals.
The post holder will be responsible for undertaking person-centred assessments, outcome- based care planning and reviews in line with the Care Act 2015.
The post holder will undertake direct work to people in need of care and support services and carers and apply their knowledge and skills in respect of Safeguarding, the Mental Health Act 1983 (amended 2007), Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Human Rights Act 1998 and associated case law.
