Job summary
We are delighted to announce a new 16 bed service based in Doncaster that will welcome patients from Rotherham, Doncaster and North Lincolnshire.
The unit with support patients with complex mental health with a focus on rehabilitation, patients may be in the service for up to 12 months and through a multi-professional approach will receive recovery focussed care.
The post holder will provide an efficient, effective and confidential secretarial and administrative support service including all secretarial and administrative duties to Mental Health Ward Managers and support Clinical staff. The role will include support with the preparation and collection of data and statistics for service reporting.

Main duties of the job
Acute Inpatient Team Support
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Ward Managers and Deputies as appropriate within Inpatient Services.
Deal with routine correspondence and telephone calls on behalf of the Ward Managers.
Diary management for Ward Managers including proactive preparation of documents and papers for agreed meetings as directed.
Email management for the Ward Managers and Deputies as required and overseeing the generic Ward mailbox and responding accordingly.
To provide administration support to identified work within the pathway as requested.
Assist the Ward Managers and Deputies with the recruitment and selection process.
Liaise with the Management Secretary in relation to Staff Variations to Contracts, New Starter Forms and Termination Forms
