Job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Team Secretary to join our Service. We provide frontline mental health services to people who are suffering from a mental health problem in the Community.
The successful applicant will be reliable and able to provide a confidential, quality administration and telephone service.
A high standard of word processing is essential, and you will be experienced in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. Knowledge of SystmOne would be a distinct advantage.
Attention to detail is essential whilst working within the team and supporting and mentoring colleagues. Due to the nature of the service, you will be required to display tact and diplomacy when talking to service users and relatives and have an empathetic nature in difficult circumstances.
If you don't already have a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant subject, RDaSH are offering this post alongside the opportunity for you to complete a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification [relevant to your role].
