We are looking for aService Managerto shape the future and lead the delivery ofour Learning Disabilities and Forensics Directorate. This is a diverse portfolio of services which span across the organisational footprint.

AsService Manager, you will play a pivotal role inensuring our portfolio of services are delivered in line with strategic direction whilst ensuring alignment with ourorganisational vision and priorities.

This role offers the opportunity toshape service delivery, to ensure that individuals receive the highest standard of care and support.

Main duties of the job

The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day delivery of designated clinical services and ensuring that those teams are performing in terms of patient outcomes, metrics, measures and targets.

They are also accountable for making sure that the Trust's strategy is executed locally and that standards of safety are maintained at all times.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care that is consistent with the values of the organisation.

  • Post-qualification specialist training in relevant subject
  • Must understand the background and aims of current healthcare policy and appreciate the implications of this for RDaSH

  • Experience as a manager in a care setting
