Job summary
Rotherham Care Group Interim Medical Director.
This will be fixed term for 6 months with the potential for this to be extended to meet the needs of the care group whilst awaiting appointment to the substantive post.
No matter where you work clinically you can apply for this role.
This is primarily a management post and as such management skills should be transferable across different care groups so there is no restriction on applicants based on clinical specialty or geography.
How you combine the remunerated WTE with your clinical work is flexible and can be discussed with the Care Group Director once you have been appointed. This allows for both more than full time working (up to 14 PAs) or flexible/part- time working with as few as 2 clinical PAs.
Please contact Julie Thornton to have an initial conversation and explore the various options available. You may also want to have a discussion with the Chief Medical Officer which we can also arrange.
