Main duties of the job

We have an exciting opportunity to join our placement Team as Placement Facilitator within Learning and Development.

We are looking for an organised, motivated and enthusiastic learning & development professional who is collaborative and passionate about education and as we focus on creating a great experience for all learners whilst supporting our colleagues across the trust.

You will work in an compassionate and inclusive way and be responsible for all aspects student support, including floor walking, chairing meetings and be a trust representative in partners meetings, facilitator student Welcome & Orientations, policy development, student training and you will also be involved in training delivery and facilitation.

You will be a reliable, creative thinker with effective communication skills, confident to be able to work autonomously and enjoy working in partnership with others.

  • Registered General Nurse, NMC England Registered professional or equivalent
  • Evidence of further academic study & qualification to at least degree level
  • An appropriate education/ training qualification- for example educator within own profession

Desirable

  • Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), or equivalent qualification
  • Facilitator Training
  • Coaching qualification
