Maintaining oversight of the programme, through the development of effective programme management systems, processes and procedures, including the identification and mitigation of risk.

Leading the implementation of agreed deliverables, assuring colleagues and Board that transformational funding has been used effectively to deliver value for money.

Keeping abreast of national guidance and developments in MHLDA and providing expert advice to key stakeholders and partners as required.

Line management and objective setting of the programme team including Project Support and Administrative Support.

Manage the governance and reporting arrangements of the workstream programmes ensuring regular highlight and exception reporting to the Provider Collaborative Operational Group, the ICB Strategic Delivery Group and wider partners.
